This recent offering from the Ministry of Sound seems to have really polarised listeners, who either love it or hate it. I think I’m just about the only person content to sit on the fence for this one.

I feel strange writing this as I recently blogged about ditching the ipod, but there is a time and place for music in running. Like the treadmill. Or a daytime solo run.

So…. this album. I don’t love it, I don’t hate it – It’s just OK. But, I don’t usually like Ministry of Sound that much either.

If you do like Ministry of Sound, you will probably like this more than I did. Although It does get a bit same-same after awhile. Too much remixy, instrumental bits. I like lyrics in my songs when I am running, so I can sing along in my head.

I do like that there it is a bit of a mix of newer and older songs on here though. It is available in stores and to download on iTunes, for $22.99.
