Recipe: Fruit and Nut Bliss Balls

1 cup pitted medjool dates (soaked at least 6 hours, preferably overnight)

Half cup walnuts (soaked at least 6 hours, preferably overnight)

Half cup almonds (soaked at least 6 hours, preferably overnight)

Half cup LSA (Linseed, sunflower seed, almond meal)

Quarter cup chopped dried apricots

Zest of one orange

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Half teaspoon nutmeg

Quarter teaspoon cardamom

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls, and cover in dessicated coconut.

Refrigerate.
